yesterday at midnight a coworker contacted me on skype to ask me if I was done with the retakes that are due to wednesday… I said obviously no because I do not work on weekends until needed but like very badly needed, there must be so much need for it the studio may be on fire and everybody die in it if I don’t.
And she told me she was done with them right at that moment and when I tried to explain that this attitude is why we are paid so little and treated like expendables she answered “it’s a point of view, it relaxes me so if I don’t work for the serie I draw/animate something for my self and I was feeling bad because for 4 days I did nothing” THEN FUCKING ANIMATE SOMETHING ELSE! it’s weekend you can do what you want!! why do you have to ruin us all and work and even “feel guilty” because last week we were doing nothing when doing nothing THAT week was even in the production plan from the beginning?!
I’m so pissed I’ll have to go out of my country in a place where I’ll always be an outcast of some sort because I’ll never speak the language correctly like my own to be finally paid fairly and all of this because YOU are the less payd one in the studio and accepted this fucking job and even work unnecessary extra hours and beg for more!

I want to make a thing about a sheep girl who is in university and keeps studying on books while everyone around her uses .pdf on theyr laptops and she refuses to telling everyone it’s because she needs to write and highlight stuff on the books but it’s secretly just because she has an addiction to sniff the paper and, even more secretly, dreams to eat paper once but she’s too ashamed to even try because THAT’S NOT OK, WHO EVEN DOES THAT?! SURELY NOT SHEEPS.
Until one fatefull day she meets a llama girl how is into the same stuff and they eat paper and get wasted togeter.

I want to make this look better tho, gonna redraw and make it simple but I’m not a very good character designer ._. I’ll try… I also forgot to google first and just discovered brown sheeps have darker faces then hair… gonna fix it once I draw it better.
